Hope to remember his example

Tuesday, June 26th.
“I’m still waiting for my phone to ring. And every time I look at it with some hope everything to be a mistake”, said Rosen Barchovski yesterday.
He. Emil Cohen. Basketball CSKA’s benefactor.
If only it could be a mistake… But, It’s not. The reality is cruel this time. If only we could change what happened this Sunday… But no.
Emil Cohen is no longer with us. He disappeared from our life the same way he went in. Suddenly. Unexpectedly. His love for CSKA was moving us. His dreams used to astonish us. He gave us self-confidence. He made us believe, that we’re not second class in basketball or sports in general.
I hope at least this will stay. Hope his efforts won’t be in vain. I hope, that we’ll remember his example!
People like Emil Cohen are rarity. But we like so much to deny them… Because they are different. “He used to behave like someone who’s not real, not from here”, said “The Reds” coach too and he’s extremely right.
Now, when CSKA is shocked by the tragedy, it’s important what was started to be continued… Let’s hope...
